These tiny, reddish-brown peppercorns are noted for their strong, pungent lemony flavor that distinguishes them from black peppercorns. IT IS USED IN CHINESE CUISINE, GRINDED OVER POTATOES, ROASTED MEAT AND POULTRY.

Great "new" flavor" for the US
A spice that I discovered while traveling in Eastern Asia Pacific. Was banned from import until just recently. I'm so glad I can now get it here in the USA.
