This porcini powder tastes wonderful. It adds a deep richness and depth to tomato sauces and especially any type of Italian recipe. It's concentrated so don't use a ton at once. Has that distinctive mushroom smell when you open the top, but adds sooo much flavor to my cooking. Great in soups, too!
